Police are investigating a serious crash on the Sunshine Coast after a car was found at Mountain Creek.
Authorities say the car was located this morning, crashed into trees along Seriata Way near the northbound Sunshine Motorway on-ramp.
The road was closed to allow for investigations, creating traffic chaos for drivers on their morning commute.
It comes after a month-long police operation targeted driving offences in the region, following the deaths of 10 people on the region’s roads.
